Men’s Match Play Championship
¨ Play starts the week of June 3rd; sign-up prior to June 1st
¨ This is a net competition, and players will receive 85% of their handicap
¨ We will split the full field of 64 players into 2 flights of 32 (based on handicaps)
¨ First flight matches will be played from the blue tees; Second flight matches will be played from the white tees
¨ Once the field is determined, flights, matches, and brackets will be set
¨ Seeds within flights are determined by league net stableford points
¨ Every player will be guaranteed 2 matches; all players (regardless of flight) which lose their first match will be funneled into an overall consolation bracket
¨ Matches must be played in the determined deadline; players will have 2-weeks in which to complete a match
¨ The cost to sign-up is $25/player; this must be paid when signing up
¨ All players will receive $10 off their green fees during match play matches; there will be no charge for championship matches
