Special Events
At Spring Valley, we host a number of special events, from small business luncheons to wedding ceremonies and receptions of 100 people. If you are considering an event and would like to know more about rates and dining options, please contact us at 303-646-4240, ext. 10.
Our Club House is a wonderful venue for any special occasion. The quiet country setting adds a unique touch to any gathering and lets you feel miles from the busy metro streets.
Upstairs we have our Great Room, with a panoramic view and outdoor, covered deck. The room has the feeling of an upscale country lodge and will hold up to 135 people for an event such as tournament dining
- or -
up to 100 people with a band or d.j. for an event such as a wedding or surprise birthday party.
Downstairs, the Spring Valley Grill is also available for special gatherings from November through March. The Grill accommodates up to 60 people and provides a very relaxed and casual atmosphere.
Also downstairs, we have our beautiful Wine Room. This is a special space that will accommodate up to eight people for a private dinner. You will have a consultation with our Chef, Sharon Bruner, to create a custom menu for your gathering and have your own dedicated Server. We have hosted many birthdays and anniversaries in the Wine Room, it is full of wine from around the world but is also full of laughter and love from previous events.
We have many different menu suggestions available and most of our Grill menu items can be available for events. If you have ideas or your own, just let us know!
