2026 Spring Valley Golf Club Annual Pass Holder Contract

 

____ SINGLE with CART PASS: For adults eighteen and over. Unlimited play* for one person during the calendar year including cart rental for one person for each round played during the calendar year. Includes unlimited range balls, GHIN.

Cost: $4250

 

____ WEEKDAY ONLY with CART: For adults eighteen and over. Unlimited play Monday through Thursday only* for one person during the calendar year including cart rental for one person for each round played during the calendar year. Includes unlimited range balls, GHIN.  Single Rider Weekday Only Pass will pay full price on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Cost: $3000

 

____ Couples Pass: Unlimited play* for a couple living at the same address during the calendar year including cart rentals, unlimited range balls, GHIN.

Cost: $8000

 

 ____ FAMILY PASS WITH CART: Unlimited play* for a family living at the same address during the calendar year including cart rentals (adults must drive the cart). Limited to two adults and two children aged seventeen and younger. Includes unlimited range balls, GHIN.

Cost: $8250

 

____ JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP: Walking only. Age 17 and under. Unlimited play and range balls.

Cost: $750

 

____ TRAIL FEE/PERSONAL CART: Approved tires and insurance required (1) cart per pass.

Cost: $800

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Golf Pass Inclusions
  • The Golf Pass is valid for daily golf green fees only.
  • Pass Holders receive unlimited access to the golf course during eligible dates, subject to the terms outlined below.
  • Additional benefits include:
    • 8-day advance tee time booking (limited to 3 days for specified holidays).
    • Unlimited range balls.
    • Fifteen (15) percent discount on apparel and accessories.
    • GHIN Membership (USGA Handicap Index).
  1. Exclusions & Limitations
  • Tournament Play: The Golf Pass does not include entry into or discounts for:
    • In-house tournaments.
    • Outside tournaments that are hosted at Spring Valley Golf Club.

 

  • Holiday Restrictions:
    • Tee times may only be booked three (3) days in advance for the following holidays:
      • Memorial Day
      • Juneteenth
      • Independence Day (July 4th)
      • Labor Day
  1. Golf Cart Policy
  • Cart availability is subject to weather conditions and management discretion, including during winter months.
  • A maximum of two (2) carts per foursome unless otherwise authorized by the Professional Staff.
  • Pass Holders must ride where space is available with other golfers. Separate carts will not be allowed.
  • Blue flags (handicap flags) are at the discretion of the golf shop and course conditions.

 

  1. Check-In & Dress Code
  • All Pass Holders must check in at the Golf Shop before beginning play.
  • Dress Code Requirements:
    • Collared shirts are required for men.
    • Only soft spike golf shoes are allowed.
    • The following attire is not permitted:
      • Denim
      • Tank tops
      • Gym shorts
      • Cutoff shorts
      • Halter tops
  1. Conduct & Compliance

Spring Valley Golf Club reserves the right to revoke or terminate any Golf Pass without refund for any of the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate behavior toward staff or other players.
  • Violation of club rules, course policies, or dress code.
  • Any misuse of Golf Carts as stated in the Golf Cart Rental agreement.
  • Not adhering to the 24hr cancellation policy will result in the passholder being charged and or a penalty of suspension.
  1. Refund & Payment Policy
  • Golf Passes are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Weather-related events.
    • Course closures.
    • Acts of God.
  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
  • No partial payments, payment plans, or extensions are permitted.
  1. Expiration
  • All 2026 Golf Passes expire December 31, 2026, regardless of purchase date.
